The Cascades is a bit dated. We stayed in a privately rented 1BR condo. Your mileage may vary -- especially with ones from the rental program.

Parking is enforced at one car. Got away with a second car and a photocopied parking pass. A guard is posted on the parking lot in the mornings. Enforcement was probably light due to the poor weather.

Ski storage in the basement is very poor for rentals. The lockers are incredibly small. Forget a snowboard. Our unit recommended passing up equipment to the second floor balcony.

Nice pool and hot tub. Good (but popular) washers and driers.

Location is outstanding. Easy access to the lifts, close enough for people to walk up/down to the base if necessary.

Weather was terrible so left early (rain, then bitter cold). Part of the new england ski experience. Already booked for this year, though.
