This is a great location close to Sunday river- we booked at the very last minute, not knowing what to expect. The rooms were clean and cozy, however the walls were thin and the price was a little high. The homemade breakfast you can purchase in the mornings however is GREAT! Recently stayed at The Inn at the Rostay....very nice, clean, charming owners. More of a roadside motel than "hotel" or inn but worth a stay if you are in the area. It's well priced for what it is.
