Let me start off by saying that this trip was not well thought out. We both were able to get some time off together and we decided to spend it in a place I have always dreamed about going to ... MAINE. We flew into Boston, Massachusetts, rented a car, and drove the coast up to a Bed and Breakfast... More

Details matter. Especially during vacation or honeymoon."A Little Dream" is about the details. Joanne & Bill are living this in perfection. We wanted to stay 2 nights and finally spent a week. A gourmet breakfast, a fantastic suite with a big terrace and a great view, a hospitality and an inspiration we just loved. Joanne shared every morning great tipps... More

My husband and I made a last minute reservation around Labor Day weekend and were SO happy we did. We stayed two nights, the first night in the Garden Patio room. We had breakfast on the patio outside our room, and was visited by the cutest little chipmunk (even though we knew we shouldn't encourage him, we shared our waffle... More

We first stayed in A Little Dream in Sept. 2010 and had such a wonderful time we had to come back. The Islewatch suite is amazing – wonderfully comfortable king size bed with luxury linens, sitting area, fireplace, large bathroom with a soaking tub, and our absolute favorite place at A Little Dream, the Islewatch’s very large, private deck overlooking... We had a wonderful 3-night stay in the Islewatch suite at A Little Dream. The place is extremely well kept and Joanne is a wonderful host. The breakfasts are sumptuous works of art: a delight to both the eye and the taste buds. Joanne is a veritable fount of information about Camden and the surrounding area. Take her advice on... More

We recently had the great fortune of coming upon the most warm, relaxed & special Inn to be found. After much deliberation, because the choices are many, we chose to end our Maine vacation at A Little Dream in Camden. We had spent 6 days in Acadia Nat'l Park hiking, biking, kayaking etc. and were looking forward a couple of... More

Knowing we would not arrive at our final destination until very late, we decided to find a B&B in Camden, continuing on in the morning. We picked A Little Dream completely at random as we drove along Route 1, not wanting to stay at a chain motel. What a serendipitous decision we made. Joanna welcomed us very warmly, showed us her... My husband and I love to travel and stay in B&Bs when we do. We had the good fortune recently of spending 4 nights at "A Little Dream" (Sept, 1911) and while I am not one to usually review properties, I really feel this bed & breakfast deserves this effort. A Little Dream is so special though, I almost want... More

We stayed here in the first part of August and all in all we enjoyed our stay. Joanne's suggestions for day trips were spot on. The Garden Patio room was quite nice, however the carpet could use a little TLC. Breakfast would never leave you hungry, one major let down was a muffin containing walnuts, I was adament to inform...
