My husband and I stayed here in early December and it was lovely. We enjoyed the room which was comfortable. I loved the coffee maker being at our finger tips! Breakfast was plentiful and offered us a good selection (except no hot eggs for my husband only hard boiled). The location was terrific for our purposes. I would recommend it... More

I stayed here for a weekend and to do some Christmas shopping. Both days I woke up at my usual very early hour only to fall back asleep because the bed was soooo comfortable! The staff couldn't be more helpful and nice. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast was fantastic. I'm usually a very active traveler, but I was... More

the staff at the Lord Camden Inn was top notch. Rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast was excellent, as are dining accommodations. Dogs everywhere, so beware if you are not a dog lover (we are not). We knew this going into our stay and decided that location and pleasant rooms were worth it. Our winter getaway with family was... The downtown location was perfect for us, and during the last week of December there were no worries about street noise. We booked a room in their lowest price category, so we didn't expect anything palatial. What we got was a room that felt a little tight, but was excellent in every other respect. Notably, the bed was incredibly luxurious... More

Having grown up in Camden, I can remember the day this Inn opened on Main Street. It was a great addition to the lodging choices in town and the location is simply the best. But the fine rehab of an old industrial building at the time, is now showing significant age with little or no repair being undertaken to keep... More

The Inn is located on the river and on the main street of Camden...allows you to venture out into the town and onto the waterfront with great ease. Beautiful sea coast town. The town library is a must see, go in and check out all its levels...Enjoy this town and the chance to sail out onto the bay.. The Inn... More

Beautifully renovated with crisp linen, a deeply comfortable bed, and a well-designed system of built-in cupboards, the not-large room invited snuggling on a stormy fall weekend. I liked the marble counter with a variety of teas and coffees, corkscrew, and a choice of wine and highball glasses. The heater/air conditioner was so loud I couldn't have slept with it on.... More

I must say that this B&B has charm, large comfortable rooms, an amazing breakfast spread, and lovely furnishings throughout. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is very close to many attractions. In Maine that one may want to see...L.L. Bean in Freeport is close by, for example. I stayed here after camping at Baxter State Park, as... More
