My family has been vacationing in Camden, ME since before I was born, as we have family who live there, so we are very familiar with the town. We decided to stay here based on the price, which was very reasonable for the week of the Lobster Festival, and the fact that our family who lives in town said the... More

We stayed a couple of nights in mid October. Our room was spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was great. The mini-fridge saved a couple of bucks on soft drinks. It had full and easily accessed free wifi in the room. It was very nice, but I would call it a high-end motel, not an Inn. It lacked... More

We are happy to see that you feel we have a nice hotel. Our on-site, award-wining restaurant, Elm Street Grille, is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day except Monday. On Mondays, guests are offered a light continental breakfast. We have offered Free WiFi in our guest rooms for the past 3 years and it is password protected for... More

This seasonal motel in Camden, Maine is an excellent venue. It is neear the centre of Camden. The restaurant food while American, is beautifully prepared and reasonable. The Pizza aspect of their restaurant offers a pleasant alternative. The 4 back units when available, offer an outstanding private comfortable deck behind the cedar trees. The rooms while typical American motel, are... More

I should state up front that our one night stay at the Cedar Crest Inn was nice, until check out time. The recent was reasonable, the room was clean, the pool was refreshing, and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint comes at the end of the stay. Upon check-in we had requested, and were given, a late checkout so... More

It is unfortunate that your late check-out request was not carried out by our staff and we hope that you accept our apologies for this slight misunderstanding. During check-in, we usually ask that you call the front desk clerk on the morning of check-out, especially in July and August when we are very busy with incoming reservations. Travel Tip of... More

Although the inn was conveniently located and not absolutely horrible, I can't agree with the general enthusiasm shown by other reviews. Our room needed a thorough cleaning, and the decor belonged on old Route 66. We were on a two week trip through Maine and the Canadian maritimes, and this was, by far, the least attractive lodging we found. More

Absolutely immaculate! Quiet area of Route One and easy to get to town. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this inn ~ cleanliness is so important to me and this inn made the grade. We will be back. More

We stayed two nights in late June and had a room in the block furthest from the road. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed with lovely hanging baskets outside. The staff were professional and courteous and the inn had a welcome non-corporate feel. The only downside was that the pool was out of order when we were there... More

The Inn could not have been nicer. The room was very well maintained and the service was terrific. If you are a bicyclist the owners are very well prepared to assist. This place is 5 Diamond on my rating. More

We stayed at the Cedar Crest for the 4th of July. This is an older motel but it's very well maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, it's well located and the staff is friendly and informative. The only negative is the bathrooms which are undersized. More
