We booked last minute, and the Elms Inn was one of the few b&b's near town that had availability at reasonable rates ($130 for a small room for 2 ppl). I hadn't heard much about this b&b and after reading the prior review, was really apprehensive. Well, I was pleasantly surprised. The inn is just wonderful, and our room was adorable (looks like it might have been refurbished recently). Esther was so welcoming that it really felt cozy and homey, right down to the cookies left in the kitchenette at night! I heard NO traffice, so I'm a little perplexed by the prior poster. Not sure if this was b/c we were on a high floor, but it still seemed quiet all throughout the inn. The breakfast was soooo good: tasty and creative, but still hearty, healthy and hit the spot! (some b&b's get too creative to the point that it's not appetizing. Most people still appreciate home cooked eggs and pancakes!).
So, it's a great find...I recommend it highly and a great price to boot.
