the owners back in 07 are not the owners now. The rooms are fine for 50$ and dont reek. Always ask to see a room. Anywhere. This place is a good deal compared to the stinking Comfort INN that sucks for the money. This part of Maine is NOT pretty but the coast is only a few hours away.

I give this place 4 stars for a no thrill cheap motel. If you want a cheap place for the night, this does the job. Owners were polite if reserved. Room was clean, came with wireless internet, TV, microwave and small fridge. For $35/night, I can't complain. Sugarloaf is 40 minutes away.
