This BNB was located so that a good walk took you to the center of town. Thought because of that fact we would have some peace and quiet but we were put in the back part that was like a motel. We always come back to Village Inn-- Lew and Jacki are the best. Great Maine hospitality and always friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable and they definitely cater to their guests. Breakfast is always delicious--blueberry pancakes are a must. Highly recommend a stay with Lew and Jacki. more

I stayed for one night at the Village Inn and was pleased with everything. For one thing, the proprietors practice truth in advertising. This large Victorian home as been redone in motel-style units.
