We had never been to Freeport Maine before and were very pleased with the town and the Holiday Inn Express we stayed at. The rooms were very nice and very clean. We received a room upgrade when we checked in and we were happy about that! Wonderful hotel! more

This hotel doesn't seem to be well managed. They only have one person at the reception desk, and even this person is often busy elswhere in the hotel. Stayed in this hotel in Freeport---about 15 mins from Portland. Five minutes to shopping and eating establishments. Rooms were extremely clean...seemed brand new. Linens were good quality. Bathroom vanity was beautiful. Bottom line....very comfortable more
