A fine B&B. Breakfast is included and is a real treat. Tom took over cooking for his absent wife last week and was ALMOST as good. Covesideis well maintained, very comfortable and a fine place to spend2-4 nights. more

My wife and I stayed at Coveside for two nights and we had a glorious time. I must say that I have stayed at B & Bs in Ireland and all over the USA and Canada, Coveside beats them all. The hospitality shared by Tom and Carolyn was exemplary. Our bed in Tom's room had a great view and was... more

Once again, we spent 5 days in the most perfect of all B&Bs. Tom and Carolyn have raised the bar so high it makes it hard to stay anywhere else! We await the breakfast list for the following day eagerly, to see what Carolyn will be making...and are never disappointed. Local products and herbs picked from the patio turn into... more

Coveside is a picture-perfect getaway. Tom and Carolyn have clearly spent a lot of hours on making this a beautiful and comfortable home. We were informed upon arrival that the fridge is stocked with beer and soda, there are fresh cookies at all times, and hot water for tea...and we should feel free to stash any of our own snacks... more

My husband and I have visited at Coveside perhaps 6 times now and we will continue to make this "our spot" for years to come. Tom and Carolyn are wonderful hosts and will do everything they can to make one's stay enjoyable. The breakfasts are simply the best! They use locally grown products and don't scrimp on quality. Every room... more

We visited a year ago, and I have been bad about writing a review. Since then, we have been to 2 other B&Bs (one in Anchorage, another in Kennebunkport), and the Coveside Inn (which was the first we visited), set the bar high. No one has beat the Coveside yet! The location is amazing; the breakfasts are to-die-for (Carolyn was... more

WOW is the best way to describe this beautiful hideaway. The B&B itself, the food, the setting, the gardens, the water, the birds--a perfect place to stay. My husband and I met my sister and her husband in Boston and then drove up the Maine coast. Coveside B&B was our first stop. The innkeeper was very friendly and made us... more

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful time at Coveside. The accommodations were wonderful. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. It has a nice country feel without feeling cluttered with stuff. Driving into the property was such a welcoming experience. Tom and Carolyn, the owners, were extremely friendly and hospitable. Breakfast every morning was just amazing. The... more

Imagine a beautiful painting of a quiet cove with the sunlight shimmering across the water and lobster boats settling in for the night. Imagine a graceful, traditional Maine coast home and adjacent cottage, surrounded by the lovliest of gardens, overlooking that quiet cove. Now you have it - this is Coveside Bed and Breakfast. If the owners, Tom and Carolyn... more

Coveside B&B is sheer delight--a wonderful place to stay for a visit to the coast of Maine. Of all the places we have stayed in ME this B&B is our favorite. We stayed in the cottage in one of the upstairs rooms. It was decorated very simply and was very comfortable. Nice size bathroom and good shower. We had our... more
