My husband and I have visited at Coveside perhaps 6 times now and we will continue to make this "our spot" for years to come. Tom and Carolyn are wonderful hosts and will do everything they can to make one's stay enjoyable. The breakfasts are simply the best! They use locally grown products and don't scrimp on quality. Every room... more

We visited a year ago, and I have been bad about writing a review. Since then, we have been to 2 other B&Bs (one in Anchorage, another in Kennebunkport), and the Coveside Inn (which was the first we visited), set the bar high. No one has beat the Coveside yet! The location is amazing; the breakfasts are to-die-for (Carolyn was... more

WOW is the best way to describe this beautiful hideaway. The B&B itself, the food, the setting, the gardens, the water, the birds--a perfect place to stay. My husband and I met my sister and her husband in Boston and then drove up the Maine coast. Coveside B&B was our first stop. The innkeeper was very friendly and made us... more

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful time at Coveside. The accommodations were wonderful. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. It has a nice country feel without feeling cluttered with stuff. Driving into the property was such a welcoming experience. Tom and Carolyn, the owners, were extremely friendly and hospitable. Breakfast every morning was just amazing. The... more

Imagine a beautiful painting of a quiet cove with the sunlight shimmering across the water and lobster boats settling in for the night. Imagine a graceful, traditional Maine coast home and adjacent cottage, surrounded by the lovliest of gardens, overlooking that quiet cove. Now you have it - this is Coveside Bed and Breakfast. If the owners, Tom and Carolyn... more

Coveside B&B is sheer delight--a wonderful place to stay for a visit to the coast of Maine. Of all the places we have stayed in ME this B&B is our favorite. We stayed in the cottage in one of the upstairs rooms. It was decorated very simply and was very comfortable. Nice size bathroom and good shower. We had our... more

My wife and I love the coast of Maine. We have spent at least one long weekend per year there for the last 17 years, and ever since we discovered the Coveside six years ago, it has been our favorite place. It is the perfect hideaway for a weekend "away from it all". Tom and Carolyn Church are the perfect... more

My wife and I stayed at Coveside for just one night, but enjoyed our stay. Coveside is immaculately kept. We stayed in Alice's room which was nicely decorated and very comfortable (great feather and down pillows). Breakfast was very good and our hostess was very pleasant. more

My husband's and my initial stay at Coveside was all we wanted and more. It was extremely relaxing with our own porch and view of the cove, and yet bikes were available for when we wanted to take a quick jaunt down to Reid State Park which has one of the longest beaches in Maine. Great walk down to the... more

This wonderful B&B has everything for someone who wants to get away from the stress of city life and enjoy peace and quiet. It's in a gorgeous spot on a quiet cove - with lovely views of the water from every room. We've stayed there enough times that we've managed to try all the rooms but one. The gardens are... more
