The view is essentially the same from all rooms. We stayed in room 12 on the top/second floor on the end, and we got a little more view. It is *outstanding*. We stayed here for two nights on a recent trip to Maine. The hosts are fantastic - very pleasant, kind and helpful - nothing was too much trouble.
