We love Kennebunkport but will never stay at Lake Brook again. Room was outdated and not clean, bathroom was tiny. But we could have put up with that for the lower price. Kennebunkport can be a zoo in the summer with impossible traffic and throngs of tourists. Don't be fooled by the bucolic web photos, this B&B is set right in the middle of the quagmire.
