This was our secod visit to Northeaster Motel and we were pleased once again. The rooms were very clean and convenient, and the lady at the front desk was very friendly. The location was perfect for shopping at the outlets or going to the beach. I highly suggest this motel. more
The hotel's rate was affordable for being in the Kittery area. The cottage was a decent size, quiet, and somewhat clean. The cottage needed a thorough cleaning of the air conditioning unit (mold and dirt), as well as the vents in the room. There was a distinct, unpleasant, odor in the cottage. We stayed here for two nights and would recommend everything about it. We walked in after a long day driving and were given an affordable rate and good advice as to where to eat. My family stayed here on 7/29, had no reservation, and luckily nabbed the last room they had available after 10PM. The $74 fee for 2 people was quite a deal for this region's hotels... included two full size beds, TV with basic cable, mini fridge with freezer, microwave, and coffeemaker.
