It is an old property that needs major work. The public areas smell terrible and the rooms are barely clean. Its location and price for the time of year was the saving grace. I would only stay there again as a hotel of last resort. more

I booked a reservation at this hotel because I was told over the phone by one of their staff members that pets are allowed. I was informed that there would be an extra charge, which I agreed to pay. We stayed at this Super 8 on Dec. 8/05. The rooms were clean but the hotel REEKED of some unknown smell! Kind of a cross between urine & carpet cleaning chemicals. The service was ok but if your planning to stay in Kittery, check out some other places and make this one your last resort. more

This place is a DIVE! Holes in the towels, dirty disgusting carpet, TV didn't work half the time. We told the 'caretakers' of this place & they didn't seem to care. Someone from higher up in the SUPER 8 Motel Chain needs to pay them a visit! more
