Being away from home at Thanksgiving wasn't difficult at all. Jan and Mike are hospitable and obliging innkeepers who keep a clean and welcoming home. Ware Street Inn is about the best B&B in which we have stayed over the past 15 years. The rooms, decor, breakfast and service were exceptional. This is the 2nd or 3rd time we have stayed there and will surely stay again. Plus it is located close to Bates College where Lori Beer garduated in 1958. more

I had a very happy night at the Ware Street Inn. The mattress on was wonderfully firm, the wi-fi worked beautifully, the pancakes at breakfast were quite nice and the proprietor has little candy bowls full of chocolate everywhere.
