The Collier House is a lovely B&B located on Mount Desert Island, about 10 minutes from Acadia Park entrances and 15 minutes from Bar Harbor. George was a great innkeeper and a big help in making recommendations. He directed us to owner operated restaurants, biking and kayaking facilities for instance which saved us from experimenting. We stayed at the Collier House for our Honeymoon in June 2006. My parents had stayed there previously and loved it. It was fantastic. George was a wonderful host.
