Management Company indicated keys would be at security for late check in - directions were given both by e-mail and phone to go to security for keys. Keys were not at security. Security had no idea what we were talking about. Nobody is at the complex was any assistance. Only after 30 minutes of wandering and having assistance from condo owners were we able to find the number of someone to call. They indicated the keys were left in the unit and the unit left unopened. Unit did not have directions for trash or anything. more
