I received my quote for our trip with a reference number and description of our condo, price with tax and gratuities. First and foremost, for the reputation that Sunday River has as a world-class resort, this hotel does not meet the expectations that come with the reputation. I was billed immediately upon booking, which I feel like is rare these days. There was no collateral if my conference was canceled or if I was ill. The room itself was fairly outdated.... more

Totally agree with the rest: Grand Summit: Dumpy hotel, small rooms. Ski-in ski out is not convenient at all - Need to basically plan around the hotel - Far from base lodge. Pool was nice. Dinner was mediocre - They spent 5 minutes looking for the "Special menu". Brekafst brunch was fine. For the most part people were very uninformed.... more
