My husband and I just returned today from a weekend at The Beachmere Inn as part of Harvard Medical School's 50th Reunion. We can't rave enough about the Inn. First of all, the location is beautiful and the very clean, spacious rooms offer fantastic ocean views. The staff is efficient and friendly and goes above and beyond to accommodate every... more

Thank you for your comments about your experience at the Beachmere Inn. We try to make sure everyone has a great stay while in our care and apologize if we disappointed you. We do host weddings here at the Inn on our lawn and inside our function room. Of the weddings we do, only three are scheduled past 7PM, as...

My husband and I spent 4 nights @ the Beachmere Inn May 19th-23rd. This is a very nice place. The staff was friendly and helpful, and our room (20) was very clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We enjoyed the Marginal way. There are plenty of restaurants with some spectacular lobster! The restaurants are quite pricey, but... more

The Ogunquit/Wells area seems to be filled with run of the mill motels that still feel entitled to charge outrageous rates in the summer months. If you're coming up in the summer to enjoy the beaches, you're going to pay through the nose anyway, so pony up a little extra and stay at the Beachmere. It's the only place in... more

The Beac hmere was fantastic! This was our first trip to Maine and I absolutely loved it! We stayed in room 8 at the Victorian. Very spacious room. The stonewall adds a lot of character to the room. The staff could not have been friendlier. In fact everyone in Maine was friendly! Ogunquit is a nice small town close enough... more

My wife and I stayed at this hotel over the recent Easter Holiday weekend. We were pleasantly surprised on every level with the location, service and rooms. We stayed in room 121 which has a view of the ocean which you can watch from your balcony. The room was one of the cleanest that I have ever seen. The attention... more

My husband and I wanted to get away from it all. Looking on Trip Advisor we decided on the Beachmere Inn in Ogunquit, ME. We were not disappointed. The first thing we noticed was how clean the entire hotel was. We stayed in room 124 with the "see through" fireplace and it was wonderful. Sitting on the private patio having... more

The Beachmere is a great place to stay. I stayed in the Victorian; my room was quiet, cozy, and had an amazing view. The hot tub was very nice and relaxing. Hanging out in the bar, Bawdy Sally's, with Michelle, the bartender, is a great way to spend time in the evening. The website for the Beachmere doesn't do the... more

We've been coming to the Beachmere for over 10 years now and always come back. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Ogunquit. The accommodations are terrific, with a wide variety of choices for every budget. The new addition, with its hot tub, sauna, pub and exercise room, make the Beachmere even better! I don't understand the comments about the strange... more
