The Scotch Hill Inn, like Mary Poppins, is practically perfect in every way. Joanne and Cheryl are welcoming and friendly from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. Our room was beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. The breakfasts were delicious and so big that my fiance and I skipped lunch all three days we stayed. The location is great... more

We really enjoyed our stay at the Inn. It was a little more expensive than a motel but the breakfast was great and the inn keepers are very nice. We've stayed in more extravagent places but this inn was comfortable and very clean. more

We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Scotch Hill Inn! Joanne and Cheryl really made us feel at home, and the breakfast is by far the best we've ever experienced at a B&B--the pancakes and waffles are out of this world! Our room was comfortable, well-appointed, and spotless, and you can't beat the location. The 10-day stay wasn't long enough!... more

We just returned from an incredible weekend where our hosts Joanne & Cheryl along with Kathleen were charming, attentive, full of fun and always smiling, characteristics that made our welcome endearing and our departure most difficult. All the rooms were beautifully furnished, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the breakfasts were by far the best we've had in the ten... more

We couldn't have found a nicer place to stay on a last minute mini vacation. The location is perfect, we walked to everything. Our room was spotless. The breakfast alone is worth the trip, the best pancakes ever, served on their beautiful wrap around porch. The hosts were wonderful and treated us as family. Looking foward to another visit. Will... more

I recently stayed here for one night with my boyfriend. We felt like we had been there for a week. Joanne and Cheryl were so friendly, welcoming and accomodating. We enjoyed sitting on the porch with them and other guests for hours. The location is perfect, we never needed our car. Walking distance to everything. The rooms were very clean.... more

Our hosts, Cheryl and Joanne, made us feel at home from the second we arrived. As it turned out, they were one of the highlights of our visit. The rooms were all very nice, and the whole inn had so much character, that we decided immediately that we'd be back as often as possible. Breakfast, out on the porch, was... more

My wife and I just spent a night at the Scotch Hill Inn while on our honeymoon-it was a real find. The hosts (Joanne and Cheryl) were wonderful-helpful, friendly, and fun. The rooms are all very well appointed and unique and the location is ideal-1/2 block off the main drag in Ogunquit. The breakfast was fantastic, too. more

We've been to Ogunquit many times over the years but found ourselves truly charmed by The Scotch Hill Inn. The Inn's hosts are lovely, generous and will offer you a home away from home with the utmost New England charm. The rooms are clean and the decor is tasteful. Not to mention, the BREAKFAST. Come for the morning waffle fix... more

The owners of Scotch Hill did a great job with one of my friend's wedding. The food was excellent and the service outstanding. They can accomodate a 30-50 person wedding and still make it feel like small celebration. The owners know the area and worked very well with the out of town guests. What a terrific place, and location, location,... more
