We just returned from our trip to Maine. We spent one night at the Neptune before heading up the coast. We've stayed in Ogunquit before & this year opted for this clean and friendly hotel with location location location. The hotel is right on the beach & couldn't be more convenient. The hotel is well kept; the furniture is circa... more

My girlfriend and I spent a weekend at the Neptune Inn in July, and we loved it. The room was perfectly clean, with good beds and nice sheets, great housekeeping (I don't know how they keep it so sand-free, being right on the beach, but they do), a room A/C unit, and a powerful, hot shower. Plus, maybe it was... more

This nice small hotel by the beach is the best! I am going there now twice a year and everytime it's a pleasure. The rooms are not that beautiful but they are cosy, really clean and it's is so great to look at the sea from the terrace. Some rooms have a convenient kitchenette for your morning breakfasts. And on... more

I stayed at the Neptune this past summer. The room was very old fashioned but clean. The hotel was quiet and secure. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The great thing about this hotel is it is on the beach. You don't have to pay for parking and as soon as you walk out your door the beach is... more

The Neptune Inn is a small, family owned motor inn on Ogunquit Beach. It is clean and comfortable – A friendly place where you can relax and feel at home. I have stayed at the Neptune Inn every September for sixteen years. It is quieter then. The beach is less crowded while the weather is often quite warm. More often... more

My husband and i stayed at the neptune this past July, the room was clean and smelled clean. Also we rented a room and requested a change to the balacony if one became available, this did happen and the staff moved our luggage for us as not to interfere with our plans for the day. The staff was very helpfull... more

Clean, priced right and on the beach! What more could you ask for? It's not a fancy place so if your looking for fancy furniture this is not the place for you. I arrived on a friday night and found the attendents pleasant, the room clean and cooled. I never sleep inside the sheets of a motel bed...........but I did... more

If you want to stay on the beach but do not want to spend a lot of $$$$$$ this is the place for you. It is very clean....but nothing fancy. Wood paneling on the walls, old furniture...but GREAT PRICE. I have stayed there for the last three years and will go back again this August. more

Sadly we had non refundable reservations or we would have left immediately. The lobby was even awful. Furnishings were comprised of 1950's wooden furniture, a 13" TV set, and a tawdry old couch. Having to leave a $5 deposit for the room key so we didn't steal it was another hint. The room door was so thin that one small... more
