I loved this place, great people, super beach. Maine is such a nice place to visit in early summer. The Inn is a very good value given the cost of other accommodations in the area. Please do yourselves a favor and stay way clear of this incredible dive. This has got to be the worst motel on the beach. I stayed there for the last three weeks without heat and hot water. Owner promised heat every other day for the last two weeks and hasn't delivered what he promised. Time to move out! more
