Jim and Eileen, Prescott, AZ We spent a night in this lovely, restored Victorian B&B in beautiful Rockland, Maine. Our hosts were energetic and very helpful in showing us their home and explaining all of the amenities available in the public rooms. Our guest room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast delicious. Plant descriptions were noted at various shrubs and... more

The Limerock Inn is a find. Frank and P.J. have made hospitality an art. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. Their breakfasts are nothing less than perfect (our family especially loved the hot buttermilk bisquits and light as air ricotta pancakes. Frank and P.J. suggested excellent dining recomendations and sights to see. We were especially impressed by the gift of... more

Stayed 3 nights at this beautiful inn; within easy walking distance of downtown Rockland. We purchased the Senior package with a great discount and coupons to the local museums and a great adventure on Captain Jacks Lobster Boat. Breakfasts were outstanding as was the hospitality provided by the innkeepers PJ and Frank. more

This a great bed & breakfast. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and are decorated in keeping with the Victorian era of the building. What makes the LimeRock Inn so great are the hosts/owners. They are very friendly and helpful without being too intrusive. The breakfast every morning was over the top delicious. The town's attractions and restaurants are walking... more

A wonderful place. This was our first time at a bed and breakfast and we were not sure if they were for us. PJ and Frank are the perfect hosts. We felt immediately at ease. They gave us ideas of places to see and where to eat. We were able to walk to town from the Inn, which was great... more

The Limerock Inn is a perfect B&B. It is just off the main drag in Rockland. The house is beautiful and the owners are incredibly accommodating. The bed was more comfortable than mine at home. There was coffee just outside our door when I woke up. They provided us with a room to keep our bags in after we checked... more

My husband and I stayed at the LimeRock Inn during the Lobster festival. We loved the LimeRock Inn with it's comfortable rooms and fabulous hosts (Frank and PJ). Also, breakfast was just as fantastic as it was always hot and fulfilling. The Lobster festival was just walking distance from the inn and we enjoyed those walks and returning to our... more

What a perfect find! We found the LimeRock Inn by using TripAdvisor and reading prior reviews. We were planning a two week stay all around Mid-Coast Maine beginning in Rockland for the Lobster festival. We researched early, relying heavily on Trip Advisor reviews and the websites of the properties we had it narrowed down to. The LimeRock Inn was the... more

This was my second stay at LimeRock Inn and I could not wait to get back there. The Inn is beautiful and each room magnificently decorated. You can see a picture of each room on the Inn's website which makes picking which one you want to stay in, fun. Frank and PJ, the Inn Keepers, make your entire stay an... more

After reading reviews of local motels, I decided I would be better off checking out local Inns. The price was right and there was one room left at LimeRock. The room I reserved was the smallest and least expensive at LimeRock, but even that room was just wonderful. The room was very clever in it's layout and was well isolated... more
