After reading a previous review I thought the reviewer was being overly critical and unreasonable. I was willing to risk a stay there because of numerous comments from supposed other guests (on the White Gates website) about the wonderful hospitality and friendly, helpful staff. What I found was the opposite of hospitable, friendly or helpful. The room was adequate and served the purpose for the economical price, but not overly inviting or clean, and the shower is VERY small. I did however appreciate the free wireless internet, A/C, cable TV , convenient parking outside the room and the central location. My partner and I both have some physical limitations and found the step into the room to be very high and difficult to maneuver. Also, the path to the office is a bit steep and difficult to walk.
