This small motel is awesome. Absolutely spotless room!! Great kitchen area for longer stays. Close to Bethel and Sunday River for fishing, skiing etc. Loved it! Thank you Blue Iris........it was wonderful.

Very nice with a lovely view of river from the back porch area accessible from sliding glass door in our room. Proprietor very sweet and very knowledgeable about the history of Rumford.
