We had a terrible experience with this Inn. Not only they lost our reservation after charging our credit card, but we were also treated by the rudest receptionist we ever met, who shouted at us and called us names. The location of this place was it's BEST feature. It's away from the noise and lights of Old Orchard Beach "night life". The staff was nice to work with, everything worked, TV,lights,ect but....The bathroom shower curtain needed to be replaced, it had mildew where it rested at the tub. The rooms are dated and have no air conditioning. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. Our children were not welcome. Worst of all, the proprietors are the rudest and most abrasive individuals we have ever encountered in the hospitality industry! This was the worst motel experience we have ever had. I stayed at this hotel because it's the quiet end of what is a continuation of Old Orchard Beach. The beach is gorgeous and just a stone's throw.
