My husband and i stayed there on our way to Freeport..... It is terribly outdated, very dark, theres a disgusting smell of old cigarette, even though these motel rooms are supposedly non smoking. This is likely a case of unrealistic expectations. We are a family run establishment with reasonable in season prices. We offer clean rooms at a fair price. We have updated decor and add new beds on a regular schedule, our appliances work well and are maintained and cleaned. We have been non-smoking for over a decade with regularly replaced carpets...

We turned up early and the proprietor went out of her way to have the room ready in 30 minutes. Stayed for 5 days and found it to be an ideal base for exploring the local area , accomadation was clean and basic , but could probably do with an update of decor. more

My family and I had a fabulous time. It was very relaxing. The grounds were bueatiful. The pool was great. Staff is very friendly. We stayed in Cottage 8, and there was 4 of us. .
