The Pleasant Street Inn was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was along the style of a basic continental with the added bonus of fresh fruit. The wireless was non existent. They provided a local guide of walks which was great for exercise as well as a local restaurant guide. Great value for the price.

Overall, I thought this was good value for money though the room was very small (I couldn't fully open the bathroom door as it ran into the bed). Very clean and pleasant, quiet location and satisfying breakfast. If you need TV to be happy, you won't be as the screen is small and there's no cable, although there is a DVD player. Rooms are small but nicely decorated.

Stayed here with family and friends during a recent trip to Waterville for my daughters regional gymnastics meet. Glad we chose the Pleasant Street inn. We had 3 rooms. The place os immaculate. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Self serve breakfast of fresh fruits and yogurt, bagels and coffee. Convenient to Colby College. Great local restaurants within walking distance.

I was very impressed with the Inn. I have had to stay at other hotels in the area and this is by far the better of all options. Our room was clean & cheery and well equipped. The kitchen was perfect for storing provisions and preparing our own meals.
