I read somewhere that this hotel was refurbished in 1998. Some of the hotel is newer - furniture, bathroom fixtures, etc. and the rest of the hotel is still old (1960s) - original bathroom tiles (with newer grout and caulking) and vanity, wood trim, walls and structure.
