I spent 3 nights at this hotel (for business). The price was excellent, the room was clean, the people were friendly and helpful. There was an excellent complimentary breakfast spread, with several options. Location convenient to a variety of things/activities. Great outdoor hot tub! The 1 and only downfall is that the lobby between the buildings had a bad odor.... more

Pleasant staff. Room was clean and well appointed. Facility is old, I guess around 1970. Bed was hard. The main lobby hallway smelled musty and needs to be replaced. Carpets down the room hallways along with the room smelled fine. Outdoor pool and hot tub. The hot tub was too cool, 95F. Breakfast was standard expanded continental without any cooked food... more

This hotel seemed reasonable to me when I was looking for an overnight stay in the area. But it ended up being a really memorable stay for me. The service at the front desk was as friendly as you will ever experience. I knew then that I was in for a great stay. The room seemed very welcoming and clean,... more

Have known about this motel for years when I lived in Waterville, but this was the first time I had a chance to stay. The rooms are large, well-appointed, clean and up-to-date. The beds are comfortable, the bath is spotlessly clean, and everything works. The gal on the desk (sorry, but I forgot your name) at both check-in and check-out... more

This hotel shows its age. You can tell from the lobby and rooms that this hotels is getting up there in the years. The furnishings, while comfortable, also could stand to be updated. It is a good value though and the staff is very nice. Good choice if you are driving through town and need a place to stay for... more

We travel with a dog, so it is often difficult for us to find places that accept pets. It's great when we are able to find a motel that not only takes dogs, but gives friendly service and has nice rooms. This Best western was just that. clean comfortable rooms and nice people working at the office. There is even... more

Called hotel, as we were attending a memorial service for a member of our family, and booked two rooms for Saturday, November 10th. We live over four hours away and felt that driving there, attending the service, and then a long ride home was just too much for the five of us. When we went to register, we were told... more

To insure that they are follwing all of our standards, including the day & date standard, we review some their calls with them once or twice...

I read somewhere that this hotel was refurbished in 1998. Some of the hotel is newer - furniture, bathroom fixtures, etc. and the rest of the hotel is still old (1960s) - original bathroom tiles (with newer grout and caulking) and vanity, wood trim, walls and structure. The rooms on the surface were clean, however, they smelled old and musty... more

this hotel offers the convenience of being just off the highway and close to everything including local night life. A restaurant right on the premises makes it easy to get breakfast if you want the full deal as opposed to the continental breakfast offered by the hotel, which by the way is an extremely large choice in comparison to most... more
