Nothing too exciting to report. The room was clean and spacious, staff friendly enough, and the breakfast was decent. For Waterville, this is our favorite place to stay. Probably the nicest hotel in the town and the price is fairly reasonable. more

We ended up here on the suggestion of a local resident. The hotel was reasonably quiet and clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. With that said, this is just your average highway exit hotel. more

Great location, very friendly staff, very clean and the lounge small and cozy and the food was good. I had a king size bed and it was extremely uncomfortable - was too hard / firm - really poor quality or very old matress - should replace this matress. more

The rooms are very nice. All the furnishings seem to have aged a few years, but are still in excellent condition. Everything was clean and comfortable. No complaints. Very good all around. I was skeptical of this hotel at first, because my business trip to Waterville happened to fall on St. Patrick's Day, and I soon discovered there was an Irish pub in the hotel (or at least a pub eager to lure in customers in honor of the day). Clean, good sized rooms in need of renovation....the restaurant is pricey for the food quality, the pub is a little cramped and tacky. Probably not worth the $30 or so more than the Econo Lodge or Comfort Inn in town. more
