I've been going to the Majestic Regency for years. Staff is friendly and the rooms are more than adequate. We're not talking luxury but we are talking good value, clean rooms, lots of cable channels, well-maintained grounds, free continental breakfast (great apple fritters BTW), and a very good pool. Small, dirty room with so many makeshift fixes that you didn't really trust anything or want to touch anything. The bathroom was a disaster that made noises and leaked all night.
