Quiet and peaceful, witha view of the river as it leads to the ocean, and close to most of the local sights and beaches. An easy bike ride down Rte 1 to the beachfront areas and roads. Very nice housekeeping and management staff, and reasonably priced.

Just spent 2 nights at Ogunquit River Inn. The property is well maintained,but they need to refurbish the rooms..old and musty smell. The front desk staff are very young but extremely polite and acommodating. Do not go for the free breakfast..very disappointing. They serve Begium waffles but expect you to cut these with plastic utensils (extremely cheap flimsy utensils).
