We have always enjoyed staying at the YHI in the offseason as they run some pretty good promotional rates in the off season (especially on nights other than Fri and Sat) charming and quaint little place, we like the restaurant and bar right on the property and the views right across the street. more

This hotel has a great location! A beautiful beach and park is located directly across the street from the hotel. There's a great restaurant at the hotel with live music in the evening. The rooms were cute and cozy. The only downside was the jacuzzi on the property didn't look too clean. more

My partner and I visited in November, so we had a pleasant and quiet experience. The room was smallish but big enough for us, and exactly what we expected. We enjoyed the restaurant and downstairs bar. We would definitely stay here again -- it was a nice place for a couple to spend time. more

Some dishes above average, some below. Brunch Salmon dish is wwwaaaay too salty. Steak dish is fabulous. Potatoes with cheese tastes great, but is surely loaded with calories. Wonderful, wonderful place! Very cozy and cute. Small bathroom. Favorite thing about the entire place was the restaurant - best lobster I have ever had! And breakfast is a large spread set in a darling room. Right across from walkway around York Harbor. A great place to stay!! more

I came by the wedding expo on feb.15 2009 the woman that greeted us at the door were rude and snobby you should really have more friendly people that are good with greeting people that represent your business i would never refer anyone to that business. more

Over all a big A+ and then some! From check in to check out everyone and thing was very nice. Room was wonderful, plenty of space very nice view of the sunrise over the ocean.Morning coffee and fixings were just wonderful. All the people we dealt with we more than helpful.
