I experienced a very nice stay at the hotel. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. When traveling for business, I have stayed at other hotels in the area. For the value received, this one exceeds my expectations of hotels in the area. It is conveniently located to the National Institutes of Health and Walter Reed Medical Center.

Stayed here for a special rate. Not sure what their regular prices are, but it was $129 per night plus $20 to park. The hotel is pretty mediocre - clean, but a little run down and very limited services. The neighborhood seems a little shady. Located a few (~7) metro stops from central Washington DC and situated in a very nice quite neighbourhood. Price is more reasonable comparing to downtown hotels. I enjoyed my stay very much! The room was very spacious and clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find an air purifier in the room that was great! Overall, I was very satisfied with the accommodations, the service, and everything!
