From the rude wake-up knocks by housekeeping at 8:30 every morning to the disinterested hotel staff, our recent stay at this hotel left us less than pleased. We stayed three nights and it was the most pleasant stay I have ever had. The staff was exceptional, right down to the cleaning staff. The bed was the most comffortable I have ever slept in. The front desk was more than helpful...they became like friends! Teruye was so helpful when we needed directions. A+ to all! more

We arrived on Saturday 1/17/09 for President Obama's Inaguration. This is not a particularly old hotel, but it has a worn, poorly maintained feel to it.
