They were clearly not ready for a big group. They were in the middle of renovations, the water was muddy and accomodations were not clean. I think the management should have not accepted ANY reservations during January because now, I truly have a negative opinion of the hotel. 3 of our employees had 3 rooms for 2 days...I get the VISA bill and we have been charged for an additional $173.78 (didn't get a receipt from them for this). We recently rented two rooms at this location. Arrived at midnight following GPS to Holiday Inn (this location used to be Holiday Inn). Rate wasn't bad but was concerned when I noticed how filthy the lobby was, especially behind the counter. Carpet was black in traffic pattern.
