We stayed one night and traveled away from Baltimore. I would not stay here if I was doing anything in Baltimore, but for our purposes, it was fine. Good hotel that was clean. We booked through Priceline and got a great rate. We were stuck in a room next to a very loud elevator, but once in the room, it... more

Would never stay here again. Far away from downtonw area. The front staff was nice but a little dumb. They were so confused when we checked in! The pool was a pit ,with beer bottles and cases all over the place. Young girls were lifeguards that were apathetic at best. When we told the front desk about the situation they... more

We stayed here three (3) nights last weekend. They were full as this was Preakness weekend, although that had nothing to do with our stay. My first worry was highway noise as the Hotel abuts an Interstae intersection. No problem though. Occasionally heard Preakness people walking by in the hallway, but not too bad. The Hotel is very nice as... more

I stayed in the Baltimore Marriott Hunt Valley Inn recently for a conference. We arrived after 10:00 at night; the room was a great distance from the front desk (read...about a five minute walk), and the key did not work so I had to unfortunately return to the front desk. Upon finally arriving back at the room, it appeared that... more

I recently stayed at this hotel. Everything was clean and the employees were very pleasant & helpful. My first day there I went to the breakfast buffet and had very little to eat. When I got my bill it was a little over 16 dollars. No there was No Gold in my eggs if you where thinking that. I didn't... more

The Marriott at Hunt Valley is a very clean hotel with great staff and service. There isn't much in the area in terms of entertainment so my guess would be you are at this hotel for business, as I was. A great hotel staff greeted me at the entrance and offered to take my colleagues luggage (as they were women... more

Stayed here for a soccer tournament and paid $149/nt. I have made at least 50 hockey and soccer trips and have never paid so much for so little The room was small, the bathroom even smaller. The decor is dated and not kept up--torn wallpaper in the halls and rooms, and holes in the bathroom door! No hairdryer in room... more

I recently stayed at the Hunt Valley Marriott for a business conference. I only live about 25 miles or so from the hotel, but I thought it would be nice to include my fiance on a trip and to not have to fight rush hour traffic in the morning. This is a yearly conference I attend and I have never... more

My wife & I were there for a weekend, in town for a Bat Mitzvah. The hotel was in fine shape, lobby was roomy, our room was clean, the staff was friendly & helpful. Self-parking was fine and free. We did not eat or drink anything there, so I cannot comment on that, but a shopping center with many eateries... more

During the past twenty years, we have stayed at the Marriott Hunt Valley Inn three times for two or three days each. The other reviews are mixed, and we agree. The location is good because of the nearby I-93 and the Baltimore Light Rail system (Pepper Road station, less than a ten-minute walk away). It is safe. The nearby shopping... more
