Thanks to all the other TripAdvisor contributors, I had a good idea what to expect. I agree with a lot of their comments, but here's how I judged my stay. Pros: * Immediate location. “Pretty good, considering the part of town.”

I would rate this hotel pretty good, considering what part of town it is in. This area is an industrial area that is just pretty ugly in general. However, this hotel manages to keep a very courteous staff and pretty good conditions of the hotel in general.

We were between appointments in DC and Baltimore and spotted a La Quinta around mid-way between our meetings. We were met with a very friendly and helpful desk clerk and were treated very well (surprisingly so) throughout the stay. The only odd thing was the long line of trucks parked on the road in. Great experience. The people couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The room was clean and had everything that we needed and the price was very reasonable. The only thing that would have better is if there was a pool. We will definately look for a La Quinta hotel the next time that we travel.

I was warmly welcome at the hotel by the joyful clerk... Very helpful and even gave me a complimentary upgrade on my room... Gave me direction for movie theater and mall 10 minutes away... Very Courteous desk clerks, clean rooms, kept clean during ur stay. And quiet location but very close to all shopping & major highways! MOST LIKELY I WILL GO BACK TO THIS INN FOR ANOTHER STAY NX YEAR!

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is average. It is close to I-95 but in a very quiet area, so there is no disturbance.
