I travel to Baltimore twice a month and this is my preferred hotel. The hotel is well located, though the area has a limited number of options in term of food and entertainment. The hotel is clean, the rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds (though they all have the allergy intensive down pillows that seem to prevent in hotels... more

Just returning from staying the night for a conference at the Westin in BWI. Very nicely appointed hotel, and the food a "luminous" was high end both in quality and price. An Ecco Domani pinot grigio bottle was $30. Room has very soft bed, flat panel tv, and the bath had low voltage lighting. Would come back and stay again... more

An excellent experience - I'm a frequent business traveler who had finally gotten sick of the Hilton and Marriott chains and wanted a change. The Westin was very pleasant - friendly folks and an outstanding health club. That alone was worth the stay. Staying on the Executive Floor was nice too, got a free breakfast and snacks in the evening.... more

The Westin is a very modern hotel, and seemed pretty new. Plenty of complimentary parking. In a business district with great access to Baltimore Light Rail (hotel provides shuttle or there is free parking there as well); approx. 20-25 min. to downtown. Room had comfortable bed and large, flat-screen TV. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Hotel charges $12.95 for... more

I'm not a picky guest, at all...but this is the most disgusting Westin hotel i've ever stayed at. I first waited at BWI for over a half hour for the transportation to pick me up. I arrive and the floors in the lobby were dirty and the staff was no where to be found. i got checked in, went to... more

We are a family of 5 with 2 cats and I am military. We were being reassigned overseas and leaving out of BWI. Our flight got delayed 2 hours so we were given a voucher to stay at the Westin for the night. This flight had problably 150-200 passengers and all were distributed throughout the hotels at BWI. After I... more

We stayed at the Westin because we wanted to be in close proximity to the Inner Harber but without the hefty prices. The hotel is new and extremely clean. The check in experience was pleasant and the rooms were awesome--large and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size too. The only thing I didn't care for... more

I booked 2 rooms for 8 people 2 months in advance and paid in full. When we arrived we were told that although we did everything right, the rooms were no longer available even though I had already paid in full. We were told that we could travel 45 minutes to Annapolis and stay there. They said that was the... more

I will say that my wife and I did have a mostly favorable stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous and the hotel decor was nice. However, the "heavenly bed" was anything but. The alarming thing was the follow-up email that my wife received asking for a review of our stay. She addressed the uncomfortable bed in a polite... more

I stayed at this hotel again for one night from July 14th to the 15th. It is an outstanding hotel with great service. the rooms are fantastic. It seems to be more of a business hotel so I'm not sure how good it would be with young children. I get to downtown Baltimore in about 15 minutes from the hotel... more
