Was lied to, the room smelled like crap couldnt breath had to be move at 3 am, only to find my new room had ants couldnt freaken believe this place, the only good thing about this place is the parking. Very dissapointed more

Got a last minute reservation via internet.for a double queen bed efficiency. Upon arrival I was given a double bed efficiency with handicapped railings and shower. We stayed at the Crystal Beach Hotel for 4 nights in the begining of July and in was wonderful. Our room was spacious and had an incredible view. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. It was very nice and clean. I would suggest this hotel to anyone and will definatly be returning more
