The hotel was not clean. The staff, with the exeption of the cleaning staff, were extremely unfriendly, including the manager. There were cigarette buts on every balcony. I stayed at the Haven Hotel in mid August, 2007. We had an ocean front room, and I found it to be pretty nice. It is not the Hilton by any means, but for the location and the price, it is a good room. We were on one of the higher floors and had a great view from our balcony.... more
