Like the charm that exudes from a Norman Rockwell painting, the same feeling overcame me as I entered the door of Tallulah's. With its eclectic decor that combines art deco and antiques, and a store that sells unique Murano glass baubles and the best chocolate buds around, the hosts, Barry and Jim, greet guests as though they are family.
