The metro shuttle service is very unclear. You have to specifically ask the front desk in order to get all the necessary information. The walls/floors are very thin. If you are on the end change rooms now, the whole bathroom wall shakes when the vent is blowing air. I did switch my room. You can hear people above/below you. Nice hotel. Relatively recent build and still feels new. Pleasnt check-in. Room a bit small, and like many Sleep Inns, NO TUB! just a shower like some European Inns. Didn't use Internet connection, but connecting jack was there. Bed comfortable. Heater worked. Would have rated Above Average (****) but walls thin.
