The service was awful. The room and hotel were clean is it just opened. The room was a suite and was smaller than most we have stayed in before. The Tv was out for an entire night in the entire hotel. Came back on in the morning. All other hotels in the area were fine. The keys would not work.... more
I apologize for the inconvinence you had. Please know that we do care about our guests and their stay. TV was out because off heavy storm in area as every one knows and it was entire area who had service from them.
