I had already killed a dozen flies in the room. I let the front desk know and housekeeping came and sprayed two and left. To get some sleep, I had to sleep with my head under the sheet. I left there tired and frustrated.

We reserved our room through Hotel planner. 1st mistake, We were told one rate, I even called before hand to check on my reservation and the pricing, well lets just say when we got here, it was a big ordeal, we had 8 other families stay at same establishment. We were all in town for a beach lax. Every single one of us either got horrible rooms, charged extra, or was given the run around, theres a hotel 6 right beside this place going rate for 54.00 a night. My friend got charged twice and others were charged more, for rooms that were awful! If you get pool side, pray you dont, they do not control other attendents and allow screaming in the court yard, People are drunk falling over, screaming and blasting their music. They also must allow more then 6 in a room, for a standard double bed. The best attraction in this place is the pool, when its open. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone, and Ive been in much better places and payed less for better areas. Please understand, Im not a picky person, But this place is shady! Now unto the how clean the place was. Im sorry, Ive been here for 2 nights and Im writing this review, because I was woken up at 330 am to screaming from people in the courtyard, by the pool. So Im a little tired and my spelling is off. If you must stay here, Do not expect alot, wear flipflops the carpet is filthy, makes your feet black, crumbs under the bed, cobwebs behind the bed frames, the tv channels suck, the comforters are stained, the doors are warped, the walls are patched but not painted to match. Theres one washer and one dryer, very outdated, the ice machine works. Inside your room, we have found different perks, one has a hair dryer, some may have tiny fridges or microwaves, some have tiny coffee makers, and wow theres a safe in each room, by the way at the front lobby it says if anything is stolen or missing they are not responsible. Go figure! I havent found any bedbugs. neither have the 8 different families who are staying here. We all checked just in case. If I had it all over to do again, I would of stayed at the comfort inn or motel 6 the hampton right down the street. I would of paid the extra for the room, because this place is a scam. Im still pissed I was charged more then I was told, I even called hotel planner, they said they could not do anything for us. We accidentlly rented a smoking room, which we did not really care either way. They had asked us would you rather have a non smoking, we said yes that would be great, well they up charged us 40 a night, and they will not refund your money. So needless to say, we were given a room, but just needed to come pick up keys at 4pm. Well they rented our room, Gave us a horrible upgrade, had to move again, the door had huge gap and was warped. The next room was not much better. Only thing nice about the place was the pool.

Nothing particularly awful or great stands out about our particulate visit to this hotel, (other than it being a bit pricey for nothing special). Stayed one night over weekend. Room was a bit worn out and smelly and could have used an update, especially the stained carpets. We were "forced" to rent a smoking room (online booking) and it was evident there was quite an attempt to cover up smoke smell, which made it doubly reek. Free breakfast was meager except for make-yourself waffles, which was kinda nice.
Beds were fairly comfortable but covers had several small cigarette burn holes.

I'll start with the good. Yes, this hotel does have free parking. Nearby food and shopping. And the AC worked just fine. Girl at the front desk was polite. I do understand they are doing some renovations but, man, this was a rough one. The first room they gave us wasn't even cleaned. My sister and brother-in-law's room definitely had a cockroach. The second room they gave us was just in really bad shape. Cigarette burns in our sheets, rust everywhere, holes in walls. We didn't even use their sheets or blankets because they didn't smell clean. There is no pool like they say. No free breakfast. Overall, not a good experience. The manager seems very apologetic to everyone who complains. I don't need an apology. This is more of a warning to anyone who is looking to stay in the area. Stay literally anywhere else.

We are the military families. We move a lot, have a lot experience stay in hotel in state or other countries.We will definitely share this experience to all military folk. We was check in this hotel around 5 pm and we went to have dinner. We came back again around 8.45pm. We found out that the lock was broken our room can not lock from inside at all. So the room was unlock for the whole that We went out. We called to front desk and she was very nasty to us. The maintenance guy was very helpful butbif took like almost and hour to fix this. We called to front desk ask for new room. She said she will not move us and will not let us check out without paying. Basically tell us to suck it up. Very bad customer service. And very unsafe. I lost my small wallet that have coin and cash about 200$ something. We have two little kids. This is unsafe place.The worst experience in my life to stay in hotel.

The worst hotel and staff I ever did see. After Check in I went to my room where I was met with the smell of urine. Then I checked the bed for bed bugs and SURPRISED... I was met with urine stains on the mattress. Then when I flipped the sheets back more.. SURPRISE AGAIN I saw a bed bug. The lady at the front desk and the owner was very rude. When I asked for a refund she said no and if I don’t leave she will call the cops... I lost my money. And had to book at the Best western down the street... ( which was a great stay). This was the worst experience of my life. I called the department of health as well. This motel needs to be shut down because it’s not safe or healthy to stay like that.

My husband and daughter booked 3 nights at this place for a softball tournament. We barely made it through the night. Extremely dirty (bought cleaning supplies from Walmart to disinfect the room just so we could sleep) and smells like smokers lived in the room. The smell gave me a headache so bad I had to sleep in my car. The bathroom door was broken, there was cobwebs hanging from the curtains that contained holes in them and when asked for towels— they never made it to our room. Please consider paying a bit more to stay somewhere else that is better for your health and well- being!

Horrible!! Manager told me I didn't pay for my night here came to my room very rude they tried to kick us out after I paid. I'm reporting this place. About everything. Should have requested a refund and walked away. Hotel lobby odor was bad. Price for the crappy room that has not seen an upgraded in 30 years was bad. Slept on top of the bedspread, carpet was ripped, front window cracked, lights didn’t work, the smell…, people yelling (cussing) outside our door, pool hasn’t seen water in years. It’s bad - really bad.

This hotel was terrible ! There were roaches and flies everywhere! Had to take the food and stuff out of our room. Not to mention the shady stuff going on at night. Would never recommend!! I’d rather sleep in my car.
