We chose this hotel online based on the price and location; our main destination was DC. Big mistake. What we should have done is forked out some more money and stayed in town (DC). The hotel is delapitated, dirty, located in a bad part of town. The rooms smell bad (we had 3 rooms) they were dirty, the towels had... more

The room was a bit cramped - twins are the same price as singles, and presumably the same size too, as the table took up most of the space between one bed and the wall. In terms of cleanliness, it was a bit mixed - the floor seemed clean, but although I'm sure they were laundered, some sheets, towels and... more

This hotel is cheaper than staying in downtown Washington DC. However, the grounds are filthy. There is trash everywhere and the planters had some type of mold in them that was really quite disgusting. The sidewalks and stairwells are in dire need of a scrub wash. The room was fairly clean, however. We booked our room for "X" price but... more

I stayed at this hotel during the inauguration, and I must say I was impressed with the hospitality and cleanliness I experienced. This is a nice, clean, affordable hotel in the D.C. area. more

This hotel was really bad. We were supposed to stay next door at the other motel on the property, Econolodge, however when we arrived there at about 9:30 pm with our 4 children in tow we were told they did not have the 2 rooms for us that we had booked. My kids had to go the bathroom really bad,... more

This was the most atrocious Quality Inn/Choice Hotel I have ever stayed at. Also, extremely noisy. There were some foreign guests (I think from France) who were staying there - they were up all night partying, drinking, smoking, being loud and obnoxious. I called the front desk to ask them to ask the Frenchies to please be quiet. Nothing happened.... more

Its a terrible neighborhood. Filled with crack and drug dealers at night while they look into your windows. The cleaning staff steals right from your room and gets away with it after you check out. The low pay of $80 isn't worth staying here. Try a trustworthy and safe hotel. Never come to this hotel! more

We drove to Washington DC. This may not be the hotel/motel dreams are made of, but for the price to be 10-15 min driving from N Capitol and Massachusettes in Washington DC I recommend it. The room was clean. The air conditioner worked. There was no shortage of hot water. The coffee maker was supplied and worked. We weren't bothered... more

We have just returned from a two-week 3000+ mile road trip and this was our first loding stop. Reserved through [--------] [which gives it a 2-star rating] for 3 nights. This property shares a poll and parking lot with an Econo Lodge. When we arrived there were three police cruisers handling a 'situation' across the parking lot at the other... more
