When my mother and father (Harold Ellsworth Warner, Ph.D.) owned the inn it was a private school --Kindergarten through 12th grade. The inn was physically located on the spot which is now a Mormon church. This was way before the Takoma Academy was built next door by the 7th Day Adventist church. We had horses, and the property was 2.57 acres of land with an apple orchard. My folks had a Olympic size swimming pool for the summer camp (Kamp Kilmarock). We had a regulation tennis court, and several horses. My brother (Robert Newell Warner , D.V.M.) lives in Bally, Pennsylvania, and can add information I can't recall because he is 81, and still in good health. more
