Staff is decent, rooms are average for the price, my gripe was the shuttle bus they advertise on their web page. We stayed there 3 nights. First night coming from downtown Boston it took them 45 min. to pick us and a family up, even though we had called them ahead of time. same thing on the second night in,... more

I took my grand daughter to Boston for her graduation and decided to stay at the Sheraton Braintree because of the Sheraton name, the hotel location and price. When we reviewed the Sheraton website, this hotel met all of our needs, (so we thought) including a nice outside pool. However, when we got there, we experienced the following: THE BAD:... more

Where to begin... Pros - Check in and check out was simple (those little kiosks AT the front desk do speed up the 2 deep line up - I checked in faster than the hotel staff could answer either party) Sheratin Link - FREE <-- yes zilch, nada, no money needed to be collected to use the internet in the... more

We just recently stayed at the Sheraton Braintree in MA and had a very bad experience, the room and hotel in general was tired and dirty. We were staying there because we had a graduation to attend the next day. If we could have found another hotel with vacancies we would have checked out of the Sheraton, because of the... more

Very pleasant staff on front desk. Our first assigned room was overlooking a flat roof with noisy a/c unit outside. The front desk changed this without hesitation when we asked for a quieter room. New room was nice and clean, and much quieter, even though the walls were a bit on the thin side. Extra coffee supplies for room were... more

I attended a conference at this hotel. I booked for 3 nights for convenience. At first I was thrilled because they accepted my pet and the TGI Friday's on site had incredible customer service and food. The hotel hallways floors connecting the additions throughout the years felt like a poorly built bridge, very chincy, poor quality construction. The ladies room... more

My wife and I stayed at this filthy and old hotel for the 4 nights. It's quite far from downtown Boston and in order to get there, you have to take one of the hotel shuttles to get to the T(subway system). The guys who drove the shuttle were very nice and helpful when it came to suggestions on what... more

Stayed one night. Great staff-from the check-in, to the room service, to the room attendants. The hotel definately shows its age!!! It looked like the rugs had been in place for 40 years. I would not recommend this place-even if it was 1/2 of what other hotels in the area are. more

As an SPG member there are not many options in this area. But I will pay full price anywhere else before going back. I would recommend the Quincy Marriott which is very nice. This hotel is simply dirty. The furniture had a layer of dust. The toilet had a ring in the bowl. The faucet had toothpaste under the faucet.... more

I spent one night in this hotel with my wife and two young children after catching a matinee hockey game in Boston. The hotel was a convenient and cost-effective alternative to staying at an expensive downtown hotel after the game. The hotel was easy to find off of I-93, parking was ample, and it was conveniently located across the street... more
