I stayed at the hotel last September in Arbor Villa .. not only was the room musty, but there was blood on the drapes. The patio was never cleaned as well. We did not realise this was such a big resort of self catering apartments spread out over two large sites (perhaps we should have looked closer). It was nice enough but very spread out and you can't really get from your villa to the beach on foot for example. Villa was spacious and clean. Staff were not polite and helpful... more

This hotel is in a gorgeous location overlooking Cape Cod Bay, but there are a lot of flaws. The restaurant service is limited, and two of the restaurants have the same menu for the same price. We booked on line and the web site doesn't explain where your room will be. We pulled up to the beautiful Mansion that they showed on the web site and were actually across the street in the villages. Oh so we pull over to other side and check in. We get to our villa and its a little run down... more
