Clean rooms, standard breakfast, beds a bit on the hard side, excellent service and courtesy from the front desk staff. The only odd practice was the appearance that housekeeping, and possibly other staff, ate breakfast every day at the guest breakfast area. My highest compliments go to the front desk staff. Customer service was their highest priority during our stay! more

the stay at the super 8 brockton was wonderfull . the room was big and the bed was very comfy... the hotel is near a big shopping center . we sure go back when we will be in the area again/ great breakfast . more

The Super 8 in Brockton, Mass, is a pleasant stay, especially if you expected it to be a dump. It is far from that...as we were very pleasantly surprised at the good quality of this Super 8. Upon check in they told me they did not have a room for me, even though I had made reservations weeks in advance, and I had a confirmation number.. After calling the Super 8 1-800#, and speaking to a customer representative, somehow they "found" a room for me. I would have been better off leaving. The hotel is dirty, loud,... more
